I have valid I797 and visa stamping with current company and I am employed with it till July 20th. 1- can I go on international travel returning to USA on July 17 th with my current company visa ? 2)Does company B attorneys have right to ask me to cancel my trip ? 2- If I get company B visa approved during my travel will it impact my entry to USA even if I am not starting with them until 4 days after ?
