Cloud*9 Posted June 23, 2022 Report Share Posted June 23, 2022 My spouse is having a H4 EAD which is about to expire on 6/25/2022. Her AOS application is filed on 1/13/2022. It is still in process and have not received the AOS EAD yet. Will the automatic extension of 180days apply to her in this scenario? Can she continue working? Quote Link to comment
