My last visa (3-year H1b extension) expired in May 2020. 3. Second stage of my green card process I-140 has been approved. 4. Final action date for EB2 India is September 2014 as per the current visa bulletin. Questions There is a 1 year rule for filing adjustment of status. Otherwise my visa number is given to next application. What effect does it have in my case? I am not currently employed on H1b. In order to apply for the adjustment of status, what do I have to do from India? Any guidance is appropriated. Quote Link to comment
