priyachowdarym27
I-140 approved March 2022. H1-B location change amendment filed, moved in June 2022. Will be staying with same company A for 180days(in different location than in approved I-140),employer will not withdraw/revoke as I am still with them. I am from India, so will not file I-485 for at least a decade. Planning to change company soon. Is the I-140 still valid after I moved to new location ? Is it necessary to prove intent that I will work for the company after getting GC to USCIS by working for the company A for at least 6 months after I-140 approval? Or it doesn’t matter? Asking this question because I have seen that it is necessary to work at least 6 months during I-485 stage to prove intent, not sure if the same applies to I-140 too? Changing to company B or to C and so on.. in the future can I use this A’ s I-140 without any fear of RFE as I moved the PERM location after 3 months of I-140 approval? Quote Link to comment
