gunisoni12 Posted June 3, 2022 Report Share Posted June 3, 2022 My priority date is Aug 2014, I have downgraded in Oct 2020 from EB2 to EB3 & concurrently applied 485 & I140, I got the EAD and AP, my EB3 I140 is still in progress, I have INDIA born kids of age 12 years old, since my EB2 dates are current what is the good option here, Interfile or refile, which is the best approach for Child lock policy. Does the interfile 485 J will lock the child for Green card. Quote Link to comment
