I have a question my employer is willing to file my petition as my H1B is picked up in the lottery this year but with prevailing wage of 34000$ per annum under level 1. The SOC is also under asst office managers role in a clinic as my background is science related. Would that be good enough for H1 petition approval while I am filing for H1B cos from F1 visa status. Kindly let me know because I wanted to learn if this employer is better choice? I wanted to know wage level 1 if it is a good choice to apply and how it affects my H1 b approval and LCA approval.
