Regarding I-140 and GC Processing

Hello Everyone,
Good afternoon.

My H-1B started in 2019 with employer X and I transferred my H1 to company Y in 2020. I am the only employee of company Y, and I didn’t see any issues during my H1 transfer. 
My current employer Y is planning to start the green card processing, and I want to know if it would be any problem considering the revenue, and number of employees of the company Y. 

Also, I am visiting India and must go for H1 stamping, my employer Y doesn’t have any corporate office as they are operating from residence. Would I get any questions from visa officer related to revenue/company address/no of employees? 

Please advise if I can stay with the current employer or transfer to a new employer?
