dvr09 Posted May 11, 2022 Report Share Posted May 11, 2022 I'm on a cap subject H1b from my current employer right now and I have a cap-exempt H1b being filed by my new Employer, I just want to know that if I want to switch to another company (after going under cap-exempt H1b) and they require a cap-subject H1b, will I need to go through lottery again?
