Travel to India while H4 and H1B visa are in process

I was on F1 STEM OPT till July 2021.

I then applied for H4 visa. My wife has H1B valid till Sep 2022.

I have received the i797-C for the approved H4.

I haven’t got the visa stamped on my passport yet.

Her visa is up for extension now.

My H1B has been picked up this year and is in the process of the petition being filed.

I plan to travel to India in a month.

1. Can both these applications be done in parallel?
2. If I leave US while the applications (H4 extension or H1B) are in progress will it affect either of my visa applications?
3. On which visa will I be allowed to enter US if both the applications are approved?
4. Which visa would I need to get stamped if both of my applications are approved?
5. Are there any changes in filing petition for H1B while I am in US or outside US?
