scdj Posted May 9, 2022 Report Share Posted May 9, 2022 Hello, my I-140 from a cap-exempt institution is approved and now I am wanting to move to another cap-exempt institution. If I move can my cap-exempt H1-B be transferred? I think I can keep my existing priority date, but does my new employer need to file for a new PERM/I-140? Thank you Quote Link to comment
