Dependent special child (daughter) stay with parents beyond 21 years of age

Recommended Posts

Hi all, My daughter is a brain tumor girl who has been operated on her brain for 3 times. She lost her walking ability over the past 13 years and she is not able to read or write but she can understand and speak Tamil. I moved to the US end of 2019 on H1b and during our recent stamping in Chennai, my daughter has been given an H4 Visa valid till 5th June 2023 as she is turning 21. We will be starting her treatments with Stanford soon and she is showing good progress on her treatments for the past 6 years.

Under these circumstances, is there any possibility or way in making her stay with us although she turns 21 next year, and she has to completely depend on her parents?

Appreciate your advice and responses, please.
