Nemo97 Posted April 21, 2022 Report Share Posted April 21, 2022 (edited) My I-140 was filed at Texas Service center under E21 category. USCIS receipt date is January 29, 2021. I am still waiting on approval, even though the USCIS website says current receipt date is February 16, 2021. Curious if anyone else has I-140 pending approval for January 2021 or before or if anyone who had their I-140 recently approved could share their timeline.
