aarna123
After transferring the H1B visa to new employer, is it legal to continue working with my old employer by just ignoring that visa transfer to new employer? Is there any issue with ongoing GC process here? kindly let me know Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
If you have not resigned and are continuing to work for previous employer, your new employer than withdraw your H1b transfer. If your previous employer has started your GC process, he will most probably continue with it. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
The visa is not transferred, an H1 transfer is about a new H1 petition. If you are not working for the new employer they have to inform USCIS AND the new H1 petition will be revoked. It doesn't affect the H1 petition for the old employer. Quote Link to comment
