Spouse and I received EAD-AP combo card in Jan 2021 for one year. Renewed EAD in Jan 2022, haven't hear back on AP renewal yet. I haven't heard back on NIW/140 or 485 also. Primary applicant is UAE-born and spouse is India-born; both Indian citizens. Initial filing was in Arlington VA, but we moved to Chicago in September 2021. Could you please advise if there is a way to expedite the process, or pursue an alternate path? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
