jupelly
Candidate was working for a company A and moved to company B by applying H1B transfer. He was laid off in company B. His H1B petition with company A is not revoked. Can he move to company A without H1B transfer? Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
Contact company A employer and check candidate's options for returning back. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
Company A was required by law to inform USCIS that the person does not work there anymore. If they didn't do that they would have to pay the person for all the time he didn't work there. No sane company would want to do that, so you can be sure that the company informed USCIS. If they want to hire the person back they would have to file (and pay for) a new H1 petition as transfer. Quote Link to comment
