Vinaympc
Hi Forum. I would like to know your thoughts about my situation. I had enrolled to MS programme in 2006 which I couldnt complete it successfully due to some family issues back at home. As the pressure grew up, I left MS after two semesters and got back to India. Later I started working in India and its been more than a decade I was working. meanwhile I got opportunity to travel to various countries including the US on B1/B2 Visa for business trips multiple times. Now I am applying for H1B visa and little anxious about how my past would impact the process and also approval decision. Also does same SSN apply if I get to go to US again? Please share your thoughts. Vin Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
Your employer while applying for your H1b will most likely get your education+experience evaluated to a US equivalent degree. So you should be good. Same SSN will apply. Edited April 5, 2022 by Zodiac System Quote Link to comment
