nimish19 Posted April 3, 2022 Report Share Posted April 3, 2022 Currently I am on L2 and recently joined employer A, mean while another employer B has filled my H1b (before I joined employer A) and my H1b lottery get picked up. I am just wondering if my L2 status from L2 to H1b get changed immediately after my h1b petition get approved? or do I need to file Change of status after my h1b petition get approved.
