I also have my perm and i140 approved from my new employer. However my priority date is not ported due to some typographic error. The new PD with my current employer is Nov 2020. My current employer raised SR for a priority date update but that might take a while. Can I file i485 now? What are my options 1. Should I refile my i140 with my current employer? After that file i485 once it is i140's is approved? Or file i485 with receipt notice? ( I am not sure if the dates will move back next month) 2. Should I file i485 directly without filing new i140?
