Changing employer within 180 days of I-140 approval, H1b expiring in 4months

Hi,

My i140 approval was Dec 3, 2021 and H1b expiring on July 14, 2022. 
I got a new job offer and they are willing to file for H1b transfer and extension in premium processing, so I should get my new H1b by April 14th 2022.

Issue: Changing employer in Less than 180 days after i140 approval

Question:

1) Will changing employer before 180 days, impact my new h1b extension with new company?

2) Will changing employer impact i140 status in any way?

3) What are the things that I should be aware of?
