Can I apply for a H1b transfer with an approved i-140 petition but revoked H1b by current employer

1. I am planning to move back to India due to personal reasons. I currently have an recently approved I-140. Let's say, I stayed with the current employer for 6 months and moved to a new company in India after 6 months. May I know if I can use my approved i-140 petition (considering I have a new h1b sponsor) to travel back to US on H1b in future considering even if my current employer revokes my H1b ?

If 6971785 the employer he by law has to inform USCIS that you no longer works there, which results in revocation of the H1 petition the employer has for you. It is an administrative thing and  has absolutely zero effect on you.
