amber091288 Posted March 4, 2022 Report Share Posted March 4, 2022 I work from home currently in MSA 1. My current LCA and H1B petition mentions my home address as my worksite. I am going to start going to my employer's office in MSA 1 (in 2 weeks) for which we would need to post the LCA (no amendment required). I will be moving to a new apartment in 2 months. This new apartment is in MSA 2 but I don't intend to work from home. I will commute to my employer's office in MSA1. Will an H1B Amendment be required in this case if I move to MSA different from my employer's MSA? Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System Posted March 7, 2022 Report Share Posted March 7, 2022 I think you will need an amendment as your LCA mentions your home address as your worksite. LCA for amendment should include both the addresses i.e. your employer's office address as location 1, and your home address as location 2.
