seeker66
Hi, I have 2 years left on my H1 and I am on the verge of filing I-140. My application would be filed under EB3 category. Can I file I-140 under premium processing? Am I eligible or is there a rule that premium processing should be filed for only those applicants who have less than a year left on H1 ? Thanks! diliphr
I don't think, there is such hard rule. I had filed my I-140 under premium processing and it got approved in 5 working days. Don't worry. Go ahead with premium processing. All the very best. -Dilip Link to comment
