My employer filed a new EB3 - I140 downgrade few months back and the application is still under processing. EB3 I-485 was not concurrently filed, only EB3 I-140 was filed. Now, I see that my EB2 I-140 is current in Feb-2022 Date of Filing chart. May I know if I will be able to file for I-485 based on EB2 Priority date ? Will the EB3 I-140 Downgrade petition which is still under processing have any impact on the EB2 I-485 ? Quote Link to comment
