And I understand we have long wait times for both H4 and H4 EAD extension and Renewal. 1. Is there any way to expedite the process ? Currently I am not employed but I am ready to start work. However I am unable to apply for jobs because of pending status. 2. My spouse is on H1b and we have received EAD card ( i-485) through GC processing. Question: If I start working on the (485) GC-EAD card then is there a risk ? Would it make sense to wait for H4 EAD rather than using GC-EAD ? Please let me know the pros and cons.
