var5001
I am currently in India and have got my h1 approved through a US employer. I have not got my visa stamped yet. Now is it possible for visa transfer to another employer without out stamping, if so do i need any documentation from US employer through whom i have my current h1 approved Quote Link to comment
JoeF
The H1 can only be transferred if you started working for the original H1 employer or at least got a visa stamp for that employer. Quote Link to comment
Anjaneya Prasad
I am in a similar boat. My H1B is RFE stage, but chances are approval are high. I am thinking for Transfer. Please PM if possible. Quote Link to comment

Read the other responses. Unless the OP starts working on the H1 for the original employer or at least got an H1 visa stamp the H1 is gone. No exceptions. Quote Link to comment
