My H1 is valid but my case is extremely rare

(TL:DR) I got sponsored a new H1 before corona in Nov 2019 and 8 months later the company couldn't wait any longer so they rescind my offer due to national lockdown. Apparently my H1 is valid till next year end. Is my H1 still valid ? LIN2007250282 is my petition number.

It is not a good idea to provide specific details. It would seem the H1 petition is gone. Do you have an H1 visa stamp?

Are you abroad? Did you get an H1 visa?

If you haven't started working on the H1 or haven't gotten at least the visa the H1 is gone.

There were many who has to face unfortunate situation during pandemic. In fact It is common and not so rare during 2019-2020.

If you..

1. never got stamped

2. or if got stamped you never got to enter US using stamped passport

3. be able to work on it "physically in US"

If you meet any of the criteria above -consider your H1 is gone and not re-usable or transfer eligible. 

Your employer must've revoked it.  Start fresh with same or new petitioner.
