Company B filed the H1B transfer, and USCIS had sent out courtesy fax of I797. However, the original hard copy of the approved I797 hasn't been received by the attorney yet. The case was approved 60 days back (2 months from today) in premium processing. Shall I wait for the original hard copy before resigning from Company A? or rely upon the fax received and resign now?
