EB3 i485 retrogressed but have Approved I140 for EB2 category

Hi All,

PD is may 2013 , Got my I140 approved in both EB2 and EB3 categories in June 2021. Employer filed i485/i131/i765/i693 in EB3 in Aug first week, got receipts, letter for biometric reuse. Requested for Expedite processing end of Oct ,few days before retrogression due to urgent travel plans. I received i485j approval two weeks back and My Wife received ASC appointment letter for December last week. I am confused with how to proceed with next steps. Any inputs is appreciated.

1. If I get EAD and AP approved , what happens to the EB3 i485 should I wait until the date becomes current ? Are there any chances of getting GC or it will be in queued to backlog? 

2. I am thinking to file i485/i131/i765/i693 again in EB2 early December as my Filing date in December bulletin for EB2 category is current and I am seeing EB2 will be faster. Will the USCIS do all the file processing once again and take another 10-12months ? Can I travel travel with EB3 EAD and AP while the EB2  i485/i131/i765/i693 is in progress? 

BTW this is my third PERM approval with four i140's. This is so painful , time consuming and expensive to do all the process over again and again.
