KLO Posted November 20, 2021 Report Share Posted November 20, 2021 Hello All, I have 30 days on unused vacation days which I lose if I don't take them now. I start with my new employer Dec 6th. I am wondering if I can tell my current employer that I will be on 30 days vacation and start with the new employer. My H1B at the new firm has already been approved and I am onboarded into the HR system. My only question is if it is a big risk to my H1B status..? Quote Link to comment
