Non Availability of Birth Certificate not available

I got an RFE for my AOS filing for missing birth certificate

I am not able to get the NABC letter from any government bodies in Kerala, India?

I have affidavits, school certificate, Aadhaar etc... is NABC a must or can i use any other document instead of it?

I am also in same situation . Kerala - Thiruvanthapuram - I am not getting NABC . Heard like they stopped issued . Not sure  - how far it’s true .

Is there no birth certificate or is it not complete? You can get a NABC from the municipality that you were born. But it takes around 10-15 days before you can get one. If you do have a birth certificate, however, it is incomplete or error prone - an affidavit (from both parents) with other supporting documentation like Govt ID, High School Certificate, Transfer Certificate should be sufficient. Then it is about writing a cover letter with all the details which should be taken care by your attorney.
