TamilA
Hi All, I just joined a desi consultancy and I work for a large banking client with a vendor in between. I am here because I heard around 50% employees from smaller consultancies are getting 221g when they go for H1B Drop box. My client also uses a vendor management company that manages all vendors (Client -> Vendor Management Company -> Middle Vendor -> Consultancy). My employer provided me with the following documents related to client relationship, Service agreement between client and vendor management company Invite letter for me from that vendor management company with all details related to the Job. Service agreement between vendor management company and the middle vendor Invite letter from the middle vendor with all details related to the Job. Recent Approved timesheets from the client Is this enough to reduce the chance of 221g or is there any common document that I can add to avoid 221g? H1-BGuy
@TamilA - If your client can give you a letter, carry that as well. No one can know on what basis they would get 221G it's not, Also there is no hard and fast rule which says these information/document will avoid 221G. It's at VO's discretion and DOES NOT DEPEND on documents you carry. All the Best !! Quote Link to comment
