My fiancee in India has a B1/B2 visa and plans to come to the US later this month for two weeks. If we get legally married here during her stay, will she later have problem in getting a GC based on my approved I-140 petition (not filed yet) due to the 90 day rule? Also, when entering at the border on B1/B2, what should she say to the CBP officer about the purpose of her visit? Quote Link to comment
