abhi5025 Posted November 11, 2021 Report Share Posted November 11, 2021 Hi All, I have a H1B approved with my new employer that I am trying to get stamped in a third country(Canada). I got my previous stamping in 2018 from Canada already. Would I be eligible to do that again from a US consulate in Canada. I got to know hearsay that I will not be eligible as my previous stamping was already in a third country but could not find any documentation regarding that. Please advice. Thank you!
