Going out of the country while H1B extension is in process

My background:

On h1b since 2006, EB2 PD April 2011

Have been since current company (product /no contractor) since 2019, and h1b renewal is in April 2022.

Company recently filed 485, AP, EAD and I140 concurrently, all of which are in process.

Company wants to file H1B renewal as well under premium. 

Question is : Can I travel out of the country while h1b renewal is in progress? Do I need to get it stamped if it is approved (my current visa stamp is valid till April 2022)

When H1b renewal is in premium processing, you get a decision within 15 days.  Travel abroad during these 15 days will change your I-94 number and therefore not recommended.

You do not need stamping as current visa is valid till April 2022.
