GangadharBradTTI Posted November 9, 2021 Report Share Posted November 9, 2021 Request your advise on below question. 1. My first H1B is with employer A from 2016 cap ( lottery) . 2. In 2019 - USCIS revoked H1B visa due to some issues with employer A and I went back to India in Nov 2019. 3. Employer B has applied for a new H1B Visa , which got selected in the lottery as part of 2020 Cap and I attended a Visa Interview (H1B i797 approved) and came back to the US in Feb 2020. 4. My GC process waiting at DOL for wage determination. PERM yet to be applied. Is it a New H1B Visa that I got in the 2020 quota have a six year maximum validity of 2020-2026 ? Considering the fact that my initial H1b is revoked completely? Please suggest if I have any other options. Quote Link to comment
