Hello All,

Last month I submitted my documents for visa stamping using the drop box facility in Ottawa, Canada. My status changed to refused after few weeks and got instructions to attend a personal interview. Since first date available for interview in Canada is next year in May 2022, Is it legally okay to change consulate and take a dropbox/interview date in another country India which is sooner what is available in Canada? 

Also, as I am instructed to appear for an interview in Canada, so Can I go for dropbox in India (as I am eligible for that) or will have to go for the interview?

Please advise, any help will be appreciated.
