nrjmkl Posted November 5, 2021 Report Share Posted November 5, 2021 I am on H1B, worked with 4 employers A, B, C and D. Currently with employer D. My current I-797 expires in March 2024. I have an approved I-140 with Employer B with a priority date in 2015. I stayed with this employer for more than a year after I-140 approval. Since then I've been able to renew my H1Bs with this I-140 (thankfully). Due to some personal reasons I am moving back to India early next year. But I would like to come back to US after 5-6 years. Question, can I use the 2015 priority date approval when I came back and apply for a Green Card in the future? Quote Link to comment
