What happens if I485 is delayed to be filed

My GC application date has appeared in 'Final Action date' of July2021 bulletin. Currently I live in India. I got to know that I can file i485 from India. Which I have not applied yet. 

1. How long I can delay applying I485, (as I wish to stay in India currently) 

2. Will there be any negative impact of delaying I485 from my side. (Because in future I wish to move to USA)
