She is from a very unstable country in middle east and she is on J-1 Visa which after her graduation has to be physically present in her home country for two years. We decided to get married but I cannot go with her as it’s not safe for an American to live there due to the intense and tough situation exists in that coutnry. Also, I have an eight-year-old daughter with shared custody and have to be here to take care of her. I really appreciate if you can let me know the possibility and how to wave my girlfriend’s j1 visa. Thanks, Quote Link to comment
