Hello,

My company still has work from home option since pandemic. I came to INDIA in may 2021 and working from INDIA since then. Can I stay in INDIA more than 180 days and work for the same US employer? Will there be any taxation or immigration ( during GC EAD) issues in this senario?

Eventually I will be filing taxes in USA for 2021.
