Unknown Current Status

Hi,

I have downgraded to EB3 on october 2020. While my I -131, I 485, I-765 is still pending and H1B Visa expired, I had to travel to India on an emergency.

I spoke to infopass(USCIS) and got I-512 for two months based on my pending adjustment status for travel. All my travel to India and back to USA went well, I got my I-131 and I-765 approved while I was in India. When I returned, My I 94 reads Class of Admission : DA and Admit Until Date : 10/01/2022

Now that I am in USA I am unsure what my current status is, with H1 visa Expired (but have Approved H1B doc) and my I94 reads as parolee and having an approved Advance parole and EAD. Pease help
