K.S.R
Hello, Your response is very much appreciated. I am currently working in Company A. My H1b transfer got approved with Company B for Client X. An amendment was already filed for working from Home (Not yet approved). Now the project that I was supposed to initially work on has changed. So new client in new MSA (Client Y) - although it will still be Work from Home. I have not yet joined company B. So new H1b is not activated. Question is: 1. Does company B need to file a new H1b again with new client info before I can join? 2. Can I start with company B and then company B can file an new LCA & amendment for Client Y on day 1. Please advise. Your help is much appreciated. Quote Link to comment
