US_H1_Stamping Posted October 15, 2021 Report Share Posted October 15, 2021 Hello Experts, I have my last H1B stamping from Mexico with Company A which expired in May 2019. I joined Company B (FTE) in June 2019 and I have my current H1B ext valid till Jan 2023 ( with approved eb2 I140 from Company A). I am thinking (not final) for a stamping in India in next 2-3 month and the appt booking site shows I am eligible for drop box/waiver. Earlier the drop box rule needed last stamping from same country etc. Did that change and I can book the drop box appt in India (Mumbai or Kolkata) ? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
