Sachin2us Posted October 12, 2021 Report Share Posted October 12, 2021 Hello, I got my H1B renewal approval notice I-797, but my wife's I-539 application for H4 could take 8-10 months. If we both visit India (whenever they lift travel ban and appointments available), can she get her H4 visa renewal stamped while her I-539 still under process based on my H1B I-797 approval notice?
