NIE Document for H1B dropbox

I have travelled to India because of a death in my family in India. I am eligible for  dropbox and I have booked a dropbox appointment on 22nd Oct. I had question on one of the documents wrt H1b i.e “Employment letter specifying why the applicant qualifies for a National Interest Exception (NIE) or proof of relationship that the applicant is not subject to the PP”. Our daughter is an US citizen so we are exempted from travel ban. What document needs to be taken for “Employment letter specifying why the applicant qualifies for a National Interest Exception (NIE) or proof of relationship that the applicant is not subject to the PP”?. Could you please let me know if I need to apply for NIE under parents of US citizen  quota or any other document would help here?.
