I need to travel to India for an emergency and I have a valid visa till End of November 2021 but approved I797 till 2024. As there are no near dates available for Visa Stamping, I want to avoid travel after November. Question: Does the India travel ban restriction applies H1b? If yes, what are the alternatives, for example staying in other countries ( excluded from ban) for 14 days and return? Appreciate any constructive feedback.
