But when I applied for H1B, I mistakenly sent my spouse's i94 document instead of my i94 when applied. I got my petition approval and my i797A has my spouse i94, could any of you came across this scenario or any insights will help. Your help is highly appreciated !!! Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted October 6, 2021 Report Share Posted October 6, 2021 Since you cannot apply for your own H1, one needs to know if a lawyer was involved in the filing? and if so he needs to correct his error of not making sure of the facts before filing.
