Unfortunately the US embassy cancelled my visa appointment for the H1 b renewal stamp. Now, with uncertainty with when I will get my appointment, my fiance and I were considering to get married in the US itself. She is currently in India and has a valid US tourist visa which she can use to come here. Will this impact her for future visa applications for H-4 since this may seem like she came to the US to immigrate? Quote Link to comment
