Himanshu_Nagia Posted September 30, 2021 Report Share Posted September 30, 2021 HI, My last H1B visa stamping was done in India, Currently I am in Canada on Work Permit, while scheduling H1b visa extension stamping appointment in Canada, after answering few questions, it shows that I am eligible for Interview waiver program and can directly send my documents without having to appear/schedule for an interview. I want to confirm if I am eligible for dropbox in Canada, if last stamping was in done in India(dropbox)? Should I go ahead with Interview Waiver program or opt out of it and take the interview option? I tried confirming with AIS.USVISA-info representative they aren't sure about it and says it is the system which decides, if it shows you are eligible, for now you are. Later if interview is required, Visa officer will notify that. Any input or help regarding this will be appreciated. Quote Link to comment
