SureshATR Posted September 30, 2021 Report Share Posted September 30, 2021 Hello, Want to check if anyone faced this. I got my I-485 Approval Notice, and my priority date is not current yet. Only for mine and not dependents. My attorney said that it seems to be USCIS error and let's wait for few more weeks to see if they reopen and fix their error. Right now, status shows as Case in Approved and new card has been ordered. Yet to receive the card. Will this cause any issue in the future, and should I be doing anything now? Quote Link to comment
